The Solution Architect (SA) is responsible for providing technical pre-sales, deployment and post-sales support to the assigned account manager, channel business manager, customers and partners, and to sales management.
In this role, you will serve as clients main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients needs and requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community including but not limited to customer publications such as whitepapers.
Gather business requirements, identify core business processes, and determine which business application within the current/ future business application portfolio best supports the business requirements and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for develop and document best practices for Teradata Cloud. Liaise with engineering to improve the offerings. The successful candidate will present at Teradata and industry conferences.
In this position, you will work with company Labs to identify product opportunities and improve existing offerings. company Marketing and Product Management will frequently consult with you for direction and guidance.
In this role, the selected candidate must have had good past experience in customer interaction, providing business solutions and evaluate and propose technology frameworks as per the need of the business.
Demonstrate technical expertise, establishes credibility with both technical resources and decision makers. Work with client systems, performance, and current and potential data loaded onto systems to facilitate demand creation.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Product Management, Solution Engineers, Product Marketing Managers, Alliances and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting. The ability to connect technology with measureable business value is critical to a solutions architect.
