Develops and establishes supplier relationships through training and understanding of their capabilities. Communicates supplier capabilities to internal team to assist in work transfer, long term agreements and cost reduction activities.
This position is responsible for supporting compliance and quality assurance efforts for new product development and maintaining the quality system for the Surgical Instrumentation Research & Development Quality Assurance team.

The Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer will provide Quality Engineering support and leadership to partner with the companys suppliers, and their respective processes/systems to deliver quality parts, materials, and services, prevent defects, and allow us to provide our customers with the highest quality and reliable products.
The QA Analyst is responsible for writing and executing test plans, test scripts, and test cases. QA Analysts are responsible for clearly documenting the results of their testing. QA Analysts perform various types of testing including regression, integration, and system testing. Analysts may work on Wintel, Mainframe, and/or Web applications. QA Analysts work collaboratively with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and UAT testers.
The Senior Quality Engineer will play a pivotal role in site process improvement activities and operations support for our Dispensing products. Reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, duties include: management and approval of process validation studies, active participation in non-conformance investigations and leading process improvement projects. The role also involves the management of continuous improvement projects, and application of SPC to current production processes.
Assist in development of quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications and products throughout the development lifecycle.
