The Senior Account Representative is an outside sales position, and is responsible for increasing the sales and margins of the company by calling on and building relationships with an assigned group of accounts.

In this role, the successful candidate must have advanced conceptual understanding of software development concepts, theory, and operations and have applied that knowledge in the implementation of new principles and concepts.
Should be capable of troubleshooting complex issues and drive the critical incident recovery; require to support different phases of production support operations, application life cycle right from requirement gathering to maintenance etc.
Execute the call and sell single sales objectives. Applies appropriate presentation and selling techniques. Call on buyer, retail operations and any internal/external resources that can influence execution.
Provide technical application strategy and leadership in one or more areas. Responsible for designing and solving complex technical issues related to the resolution of business problems and opportunities.
Focus on direct sales within a defined territory, you will be responsible for leading and driving business development opportunities, effectively onboarding new clients from initial opportunity screening, customer workshops and solution design, until opportunity gain and contract signature.
