The Sales Representative will use their full and complete knowledge of company products and sales policies as well as knowledge of customers' business to maintain relationships with existing customers and develop strategic plans to grow business and sell company products within an assigned geographic region or territory.
The Sales Representative II is responsible for moderate and complex transactions with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing and resolving the most complex transactional operations and issues.
In this role, you will be expected to be able to discuss upcoming advisor university events and other training opportunities and help advisors to determine how to best leverage those resources to grow their businesses. Driving attendance to these events is also a critical component of the role.
In this position, you will develop and maintain a deep understanding of each assigned customers key business initiatives to effectively position companys Analytic solutions and consulting services portfolio in terms of ROI and relevant business metrics .
In this role, the successful candidate will apply sales transaction knowledge to process routine discounts, holds, gift certificate sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving diagnostics divisional growth and improved performance outcomes through the coordination of all sales training and development programs.
