The Senior Recruiting Manager will be responsible for achieving placement goals by candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing job offers as well as building relationships with hiring managers to determine requirements, set priorities and advise on hiring decisions.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing vendor selection and relationships to ensure fulfillment of service level agreements; leading the day to day activities of the recruiting team.

In this role, you will be responsible to build a field sales recruiting program, develop best in class systems and processes to the manage corporate recruitment program and participate in the dynamic changing effort that is happening at millennium.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for management of the sourcing, selection and initial onboarding of top talent for all Millennium Health job opportunities, along with developing and implementing a new Sales recruiting program.
The selected candidate will participates in local talent planning which includes implementation of function-wide training and development plans and talent management support including support of leadership assessment process.
