The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating all nursing units. The individual must have had advanced training and broad nursing experience including supervisory duties.
The principle function of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is to provide safe patient care by assisting Clinic Providers with treatments, procedures and clerical duties as defined in the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice.
In this role, the selected candidate will review all documentation from admission to discharge from patient care inter-disciplinary team to oversee case conference effectiveness in coordinating care and evaluating RN performance.
In this role, you will supervise the day-to-day operations and delivery of emergency nursing and patient care services including clinical practice standards, staffing, scheduling, safety/risk management, payroll, human resources, labor relations, budgets, quality management/ improvement.
