The Project Analyst is responsible for delivering service excellence utilizing people, processes and technology. Initiates, plans, execute, controls and closes ERP implementation program initiatives according to the established Project Management Methodology.
Follows industry best practices for developing and maintaining logically linked horizontally and vertically integrated network schedules (Integrated Master Schedules) implementing critical path methodology (CPM), and performing schedule health assessments.
Works with program director, project managers, business leads, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to help define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout it's' life cycle.
The Business Project Analyst supports the Project Management Office by assisting in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, developing project plans, and monitoring progress. The Business Analyst will assist and/or lead small to medium sized moderately complex projects, crossing multiple business units, with a shorter timeline.
Analyze credit data and publish data requests to design, develop, and fulfill, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness. Consult with technical and Sales support personnel to develop requirements / prepare specifications / address questions & issues.
In this role, the Project Engineer - Rail will assist the team by performing the routine aspects of civil engineering assignments; subsequently providing familiarity with the programs, staff, and operating procedures of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and abilities: ability to use financial systems, with basic understanding of EVMS principles and hands on cost performance reporting/analysis skills.
The Program Coordinator may be the first point of contact for families accessing services at RCHSD, & as such will provide supportive care in assisting them with accessing appropriate services within the hospital & in the community.
