The position is responsible for oversight of their academic programs including activities related to the student experience and student success such as developing and implementing retention strategies, managing active students, students on leave of absences, NS/TO and students on externship.
In this role, you will manage complex, highly visibility projects and work efforts. We are looking for a strong leader with the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while creating an environment that motivates, inspires, and respects others.
Communicate program and project statuses and updates to project team and business owners throughout the duration of the project; ensure all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues, and activities related to the project.
This individual should have experience at successfully winning and delivering projects through Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods, and will be responsible for project budgeting, planning, and client satisfaction.
The Project Director is responsible for the overall direction, management and financial outcome of their projects. Serve as a liaison between the office and field, while coordinating staffing and movement of field personnel.
Reviews and determines all commercial and paid programming content; decides music play lists; schedules programming in conformance with FCC rules and regulations, company policy and applicable federal, state, and local laws; protects station license.
Conducts program evaluations; participates with multi-disciplinary assessment teams to develop recommendations for center placement services and management of child referrals; makes referrals to community resources, supports groups and social service agencies as appropriate; addresses and resolves program compliance findings.
