Works intensively with program manager, project manager(s), commercial project manager and key members of the team to create, plan, schedule, monitor and control all program / project activities to provide transparency in the work.
The Project Services Coordinator, Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS)is an integral member of the cleaning, breakroom or facility solutions selling team, responsible for managing and supporting all CBFS installation service activities and provides national support for the field sales.
Provide day to day project management. To publicize the project plan and activities with the project team - To track project activiti es against the project plan - To notify the project team with project agendas, upcoming meetings and subsequent minutes of the meeting.
This position collaborates with the Portfolio Director in curriculum development, record keeping (grades, attendance stats), and creation of program policies. Assists in organizing and facilitating workshops and orientations.
