Leading with social, digital, influencer based marketing to keep in pace with the new way of marketing. Pioneering programs with key partners like Facebook, Google etc. Develop great relationships with these partners.
Builds a strong, integrated wholesale marketing team focused on supporting the entire wholesale distribution. Tight integration within the team and across sales must result in the creation of a fresh and transformative wholesale marketing planning process.
Demand Creation - Create brand awareness by leading the evolution and communication of the Eagle Creek differentiated brand position that resonates across our diverse customer and business segments. Effectively use digital, social and other grass-roots initiatives to create a demand for our products.
Works closely with in-line marketing to represent Commercial interest in all aspects of strategy. Conducts market research to inform positioning and support recommendations, partnering with in-line marketing both at concept inception and market activation to ensure market viability.
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Plans and executes marketing strategies and programs based on a deep familiarity and understanding of the customer's products, markets and strategic goals.
