The ideal Real Estate Paralegal will have experience (in-house or law firm) handling commercial and/or residential real estate transactions; due diligence, title & survey and closing binders. This Real Estate Paralegal should be motivated and work well as part of a team.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to coordinate and work with internal clients (at all levels in the organization), outside counsel, and vendors (including those associated with electronic discovery) and others associated with litigation matters.
Assists with document review and drafting of schedules, exhibits, and due diligence with respect to mergers and acquisitions. Provides risk analyses and assessments, and offers solutions that minimize risk while optimizing achievement of objectives.
