Analyzes information and data provided by account regarding POS, turns, inventory and GMROI to better manage their business and to be proactive with solutions and actions for SKUs, promotions, or categories that are not performing to our customers metrics.
The IVS Manager of Key Accounts (KAM) will be responsible for leading the business planning process designed to increase customer engagement and create synergy through networking with other MPS businesses while delivering incremental growth. In collaboration with the RM, NVP, Clinical leaders the IVS KAM will be responsible for executing and developing the strategy to ensure our sales objectives are met on a timely basis.
The Account Manager will be the "face of the company" at several strategic national accounts; he / she will manage customer expectations and direct sales and technical services as needed with each account.
Responsible to sell the Division's portfolio of products within strategic accounts and serve as the guardian of the strategic customer relationship focusing on retention, penetration and net new customer selling.
