The Clinical Resource Coordinator - SEC is responsible for reviewing routine and complex requests for skilled nursing care and related services as part of the discharge plan or during skilled nursing care admissions including requests for specialty outpatient care, retrospective claim review, medical equipment, medication issues and acquisition, home health and admissions from home in accordance with Sharp Community Medical Group (SCMG) and Sharp Rees-Stealy (SRS) referral guidelines.
