The primary focus will be ongoing management and maintenance of our HRIS system, assuring integrity and compliance with HR and colleague
data as well as coordinating the daily/monthly activities of benefit processing (enrollments, terminations, plan/beneficiary changes, claim processing, etc.).
Provide in-depth analysis and evaluation on project timelines with multiple factors such as scope, schedule and resources with knowledge of the HR organizational objectives and competing projects and programs. Assess top-level program activities across multiple work-streams and teams.
Develop and manage standardized reporting function in support of business intelligence and data-driven decision making. Ability to multi-task and comfortable providing end user support and functional training.
