Ensure operational excellence on a daily basis performing sales order entry, follow-up, report generation, shipping status, sample shipments, product photos, marketing material and any other tasks as needed
Arrange and coordinate all logistics for meetings, appointments, luncheons, and conferences. Screen, receive, route and answer calls and greet guests. Plan creative team building events under budget limits.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.
The Academic Administrative Assistant will provide a high level of professional administrative support to one or more academic leaders in the Provost's Office through detailed communications, management of schedule and travel, expense reporting, planning and coordination of projects, and other tasks as assigned.
