In this role, you will monitor and advocate for employee engagement and performance management initiatives to build skills and reduce turnover by analyzing data and making recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
The incumbent works in tandem with management to identify opportunities, problems or potential problems and then assists in developing hospital-wide systems, procedures and policies for the most effective and beneficial development and utilization of its human resources.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible to for leading, implementing and delivering of HR programs, policies and services including recruiting, staffing, compensation, payroll, benefits, record management, employee relations , retention and company compliance regarding current and future legislation.
