Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

drive, create and support overall e-commerce/ customer touch strategies with in customer base where applicable. Drive services engagement strategy within customer base focusing on Professional, Cloud Based and ITAD service offerings.

Own and manage a key set of relationships with commercial airline customers and media partners, fostering teamwork-based collaboration and executing across all stages of the relationship lifecycle (i.e. deal negotiation, customer engagement/retention, increasing take rates, technical cooperation, joint marketing initiatives, roadmap planning, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, maintain and implement strategies/action plans to generate revenues for the hotel; stimulate productivity of all sales staff through guidance, development and support.
The Director will continue to enhance the sales capabilities of the region through proper coaching, leveraging sales / production metrics, collaboration with internal partners and building / execution of a solid sales strategy.
The Director of Business Development serves as the key point of contact for the entire territorys business development pipeline and is responsible for partnering with TRx Leadership to ensure that the territory will deliver on its planned revenue and new annualized sales and additional customer commitments for all service lines to include new and existing Direct Placement, Temporary Labor, RPO, Workforce Planning, Credentialing Services opportunties and any new service lines as appropriate.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the BFS Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.
