The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing large performance improvement projects, including but not limited to standardization and cost reduction efforts, from the inception of strategic contracting to the completion of the project by working closely with clinicians, finance, biomed, logistics, consultants and others to ensure coordination and support for such projects.
Develops, documents and executes business and technology plans. Develops contractual processes. Prepares and executes contractual documents with internal/external customers. Executes the contract processes, including the analysis, extraction and recording of contractual data into business systems. Researches and make recommendations on proposal and contract language.
The Senior Contracts Manager will interface with customers, suppliers, and executive management in setting strategic direction for commercial contracts and negotiations for aerospace related agreements.
The Contracts Manager is responsible for providing accurate and timely commercial advice, consistent with their education, training and experience, all in accordance with Corporate and SLN-Aecon Joint Venture Project requirements and policies.
Perform reimbursement analysis on providers/facilities that are outside of the targeted rate schedule or performance standards and develop strategies for cost reductions, member needs and increasing quality.
