The Construction Project Manager (Inland Empire, CA) has responsibility for safety, technical, contractual, budget and schedule activities on medium to large transit and/or highway and bridge projects. The project manager may serve as a resident engineer, structure rep or site leader and may have responsibility for management and contract performance across multiple disciplines or projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage budget and billing of multiple medium to large commercial construction projects; track change-orders, installations, cash-flow, and review monthly billing.
In this role, you will be responsible for direction, completion and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout, managing costs and maximizing profitability.
