Provide clinical supervision to and manage all direct clinical service staff in the region, including Family/Youth Support Partners, BA level Counselors and MA licensed-eligible staff in designated region.
Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures. Utilize the agencys clinical software solution to plan, coordinating and delivering patient care.
The individual is responsible for insuring clinical and administrative services are provided for patients and their families. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. This is a working supervisors position requiring the individual to serve as a working role model for other counselors.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical activities of the field staff. The Clinical Supervisor plans, implements and evaluates patients plan of care for appropriateness to the individual patients needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate across disciplines and specialties (e.g., medical and school teams, Speech, Occupational, Physical Therapies) for the purposes of coordination and continuity of care.
