In this role, you will be responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion.
The successful candidate will have managed a recruiting team in a fast-paced, growth environment, supporting a high volume of open positions, have high standards for ensuring high quality customer experience for both managers and candidates.
Identifies business sales opportunities and internal support needs. Works with local consumer sales leadership and sales executives as a professional consultant, identifying knowledge and training needs and making recommendations of improving business sales acumen.
This position is responsible for building solid relationships with these external companies and internally within company to drive cloud deals are a key part of the position. Business case development, funnel creation, funnel management, creating joint value proposition/solutions, and positioning these partners with the field are part of this position as well.
In this role, you will be responsible for
collaborating with other Product Managers to define the business plan and relationship type for the solution, executing the integration plan to launch the partnership, overseeing partnership performance and contract compliance, and managing pricing.
