Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
Collects and defines user, technical and data requirements. Translates requirements into functional design documents for business and technical review. Analyzes end-to-end processes and reengineers business processes as needed.

This position is responsible for hands on solution architecture, delivery, and ongoing management of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (PY) functions using SAP application suites - ECC, CATS, SuccessFactors, and Business Intelligence (BI), and various HR.
