Responsible for managing the sample accountability program, roster management, Fleet administration and onboarding/offboarding activities for field employees and closely interacting with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance management teams to meet corporate objectives.
Collaborate with sales/business development, account management, marketing, data analytics, customer success, technology, and other teams to determine competitiveness of new technologies and to develop new products, and product roadmap.
Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, hiring/terminations, conducting orientation and developing & training staff. Supervise the maintenance of listing and transaction files, ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as Sarbanes-Oxley.
Work closely with global sales and marketing teams to develop and implement positioning and messaging, pricing & promotion, sales collateral, training materials and other sales enablement programs to achieve revenue targets.
This role requires a deep understanding of UEIs core technologies ranging from embedded Linux applications for TVs, STBs and Game Consoles, Android & iOS Mobile applications as well as back-end Data Infrastructure and cloud services.
