The Marketing Planning role is responsible for leading and arranging the global strategic marketing planning process to determine objectives for global marketing and to refine the strategic structure, with accompanying demand plans, to solve for objectives.
Maintains proficiency in and updates portions of enterprise information and knowledge repositories and processes (I.E. SAP); provides assistance as needed for reporting, planning, budgeting and personnel development.
This role is a creative and strategically-minded marketing professional with a passion for retail and in-store marketing that can establish long-lasting relationships with our stakeholders and provide value for our business. This role will leverage global, regional, and agency partnerships to plan, develop, execute, and report on store marketing materials and their effectiveness.
In this role, the selected candidate will
work closely with design/UX, engineering to support the vision and deliver against plan and targets; manage resolution of urgent technical issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders.
The FMOM is responsible for bringing a data-driven approach to planning for sales strategies and tactics for supporting the salespeople with plays and events to effectively connect with their customers and build a healthy pipeline.
Manage and build email lists, campaigns and templates utilizing Marketo marketing automation package, preparing and adjusting content and calls-to-action and coordinating with creative team to optimize campaigns toward maximized response, engagement and qualified lead generation.
Collaborate with multiple internal and cross functional teams to develop go-to-market plans and programs across multiple marketing channels that best leverage available promotional tactics techniques (e.g. budgeting, channel mix adjustments, media profile, etc).
