In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition/Management Process Lead and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) in ensuring the Talent Acquisition Group meets its goal of effectively and efficiently supporting Talent Acquisition for the Americas.

In this role, you will research and analyze the candidate pool, competition for talent and other regional / geographic factors that could impact the companys recruiting effectiveness for the assigned locations; Provide recommendations on findings to the HR Manager.
In this role, the selected candidate will build solid relationships with every person you come in contact with; attend a variety of after-hours networking events (user group meet-ups, ABJ events, tech events, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will develop sourcing strategies, tactics and leverage online recruiting resources as well as our in-house ATS and CRM to both identify and recruit the very best candidates.
In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruiting process, including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates. The selected candidate will build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations.
