The Senior Data Center Project Manager will serve as the Owners Agent and will be responsible for ensuring the project scope, schedule, and budget for the construction of a large-scale, mission-critical facility are managed and quality results are delivered that meet or exceed client expectations.
PM will work with higher level program/project manager(s) while directing the telephone system replacement to include all required surveys, assessments, deliverables throughout the project life cycle, and transition the program to maintenance support.
In this role, the selected candidate will arrange, facilitate, prepare for meetings/coordination with TxDOT and key project stakeholders; budget and schedule development, monitoring and adherence for tasks and projects managed.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor, review, and report on all lead generation activity and results, delivering contact center activity within approved budget, and report on return on investment; lead meetings with regional teams and provide communications and reports to clients and stakeholders regarding execution plans, vendor performance, and program expectations.
In this position, you will be managing complex multi-disciplined projects for municipalities and water districts in central Texas. You will also have the opportunity to manage and mentor project teams as well as develop the scope and budgets for these projects.
