In this role, the selected candidate will lead new product development process from concept through commercialization, including voice of customer research, and definition of customer and product requirements and value proposition.
This person will work on the Demand Generation team and be responsible for all aspects of lead management operations including our marketing automation tool, its integration with our CRM, as well as improving our email communication vision by testing and optimizing email campaigns to drive conversion, retention, and reactivation of prospects and customers.
