Create engaging and relevant activities appropriate for targeted learners. Work closely with subject matter experts and content developers to develop, revise, and maintain training content for course portfolios.
Collaborates with internal business partners to validate that curriculum solutions align to business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness. Participates in peer to peer reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and appropriate use of course content guidelines.
In this role you will support the instructional design process by creating training materials and content, such as facilitator guides, participants workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, and other training materials.
Develop training products using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and industry best practices for instructional design; and support customer and project objectives.
