In this role, the selected candidate will accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
In this role, you will have ability to manage and schedule multiple projects, perform detailed shop drawing review, develop material lists, maintain quality control through project completion and effectively communicate with, as well as, maintain positive relationships with our clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to a strategic project team on a variety of projects that require creativity and innovation; engage with and support a multitude of diverse clients through a general knowledge of enterprise operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the completion of construction documents and assure accordance with lease and/or contract requirements; work with the city to obtain permits /entitlements.
The PROJECT MANAGER will act as the liaison between Flintco, the owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects and engineers, and provides valuable input based on his/her construction expertise to benefit the project.
