Complete client servicing tasks related to new business set up, applications, status changes, benefits account marketing including proposal/binder preparation, ordering policies, issuing ID cards, certificates, invoicing services, processing policies and initiate follow-up to previously assigned request/claims.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, education and communication supporting compensation programs and practices including base pay, salary planning, job grade and job description structure.
Will collaborate with functional management and HR staff providing expert counsel with regard to all compensation matters. Partners with subsidiary management and HR staff in the development and administration of subsidiary compensation programs.
Assess the companys current compensation and retirement plans/processes/programs, make recommendations to improve them, and then design, develop, implement, communicate, and administer the new and revised plans/processes/programs.
