The selected candidate will ensure that in the event of a new procedure, product or operational change, associates are informed and properly executing the change in compliance with regulations and policy.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining camaraderie amongst center associates, while ensuring all teammates drive collectively toward financial center goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor and direct marketing activities within center to achieve pre-established sales objectives including monthly marketing calendars, media advertising, specialized sales, in-store signage, etc.
In this role, you will lead and direct sales, service and business development activities to achieve targeted results in the categories of deposits and customer relationship growth, customer retention, revenue, market share and customer/employee commitment and satisfaction.
