In this role, you will assist in the financial reporting functions for the Corporation to include: monthly account reconciliation and analysis, preparation of monthly and quarterly financials, consolidation of subsidiaries, and ad hoc projects.
To direct the activities of the accounting department to include a hands on management approach to the general ledger system, financial reporting, accounts payable, financial services, and all accounting analytical work required. Ensure all accounting is in compliance with GAAP.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze financial statements and related operational reports on a monthly basis; ensure financial statements and business transactions are in accordance with GAAP, which includes work that is analytical, evaluative, and advisory in nature and that requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports in order to maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
