The Account Supervisor will be the primary contact for clients. He or she will collaborate with ers in Austin and across other offices. This person will also mentor a team of Account Executives to develop all client work.
In this role, the candidate will manage leads and be responsible for coaching our Sales Staff acting as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation.
In this role, you will work with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payables; support staffing initiatives by screening, interviewing, and selecting new employees for current job vacancies.
