The Business Development Sales Executive participates in a sales training program of webinars, live sessions, and calls that develop skill sets surrounding Financial Education, lead generation, team building, and closing techniques.
In this role, the selected candidate will be building and maintaining an active pipeline of qualified leads through selective cold calling, attending industry trade shows, providing solution demonstrations, working leads from direct mail campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within the prestige product category (as well as other product categories) through consistently providing exceptional client experience, client acquisition and relationship development.
Manage personal training and learning paths for Tech Brands University and AT&T training monthly, quarterly and annually. Builds and maintains a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects.
Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
Selling presentations to physicians and other health care professionals, primarily in an office based setting. Developing an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to the geography, particularly in managed health care.
