The Manager, Franchise Operations (MFO) is a member of the Franchise Operations Organization, a customer-facing team. The MFO is a field based representative responsible for improving hotel performance and supporting the Franchisees using Wyndham Hotel Group resources and services to the fullest extent.
Develop daily / weekly production schedules, consistent with Prism/MRP requirements, stock status report, and special orders and supervise efforts of the Production Supervisors in scheduling and manpower assignments.
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Surgical Services and District MES, CES, and 360 Support, which includes managing the customer and technical service personnel to achieve short and mid-term financial and operating objectives.
Maintains and improves contact center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
