Responsible for maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new customers in their geographically assigned market; this sales position requires calling on end users directly, integrators and engineering firms.
The Strategic Account Representative is responsible for the development of long-term profitable sales growth through the opening of new, large accounts within a defined geographic area within the Region.
Ability to be responsible for the treasury management sales activities, including the development of new non-borrowing treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and the servicing of clients.
Develop and maintain business partnerships with FP&A, People Operations, Legal, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organizational, financial, and sales goals.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
This includes transformational projects such as major upgrades, RAC implementations and additional module implementations. Transitional projects include implementing new customers at Managed Cloud Services or moving a portion of an existing customer to Managed Cloud Services.
