The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in the critical care setting. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action; deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
The Registered Nurse is accountable for planning, organizing, directing, delivering and coordinating patient care to attain and maintain maximum function, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established policies & procedures.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing nursing assessments of patients by observation and interaction with patient/significant others for educational, physiological, psychosocial, comfort, and safety needs; planning and coordinating care, and follow-up with other associates, departments, physicians and management as necessary; evaluating and documenting each patients response to interventions.
