Work as part of a product development team in the definition of new project requirements. Supervise and mentor direct reports. Supervise direct reports to ensure quality manual and automated testing of products being developed.
This position leads the Quality and Risk Management efforts and is accountable for the oversight and facilitation of methods which promote the identification and continuous improvement of those activities and processes which significantly impact the quality of health care services provided by Mountain Point Medical Center.
Lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, Auditors and/or Analysts to improve supply base performance, partnerships, data analytics, process control/predictability, while reducing the escapes, nonconforming material, and taking proactive steps to mitigate risk.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of process control and quality management systems, as well as providing leadership to project teams to improve quality, cycle time, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership to improve/maintain quality systems and a safe work environment. Communicate with customers, ensuring quality/safety requirements. Prepare quality manuals/plans and review manufacturing documents for products to ensure quality.
In this role, the selected candidate provides support to Program on avenues to assure success, attaining business objectives and quality, driving program execution improvement through all stages of the program life cycle.
