In this role, the selected candidate will manage and provide leadership to Quality Control (QC) team; ensuring appropriate quality checks are completed and discrepancies properly documented and resolved--from receiving inspection, through in- process, and up to final inspection.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate process improvement by continuously educating staff on the collection/aggregation/analysis/follow up of data
pertinent to their specific departments as well as the hospital and identified issues.
In this role, you will manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
In this role, you will have a strong familiarity with statistical process control methods and applications, a good overall knowledge of the plant process, general managerial and supervisory skills to direct laboratory personnel.
