Maintains and develops technical competency of self and technical team by monitoring/seeking emerging product and system technologies while leveraging customer opportunities to consistently position Metso EE controls as a leader in the metals recycling industry.
Performs research, design, and development of commerical, military and medical products in areas related to piezoelectric transducers, acoustics, mechanical, electrical tuning, thermal, or heat transfer for production, transmission, measurement, and use in acoustic applications.
Develop mechanical designs for new and existing products by applying engineering and fabrication principals to industrial designs for the consumer market in accordance with business needs and the product road map.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the design of laminates, sandwich structures, and bonded and bolted assemblies. Skills should include relationally linked modeling, establishing datum schemes for assemblies, and performing tolerance stackup analysis.
This position will directly support this system by; modifying code to meet changing Federal and State regulatory requirements, performing emergency troubleshooting to restore failed processes both during regular business and after hours, provide end users with ad-hoc queries, and work closely with DOH staff members to design new functionality are required.

The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with manufacturing personnel to solve production issues on highly automated processes using data based problem solving techniques.Learn and understand requirement to determine product impacts and recommend disposition of the parts.
