In this role, the selected candidate provides process safety engineering expertise and support to Operations business units to improve process safety performance. Develops and maintains technical standards and effective solutions to mitigate risk. Conducts process safety engineering studies.
This position will support mechanical analysis projects supporting the A-10 weapon system. Specifically, the engineer will provide analyses, planning and draft documentation to address mechanical systems safety, suitability, and effectiveness requirements.
In this role, you will manage development projects (funded through direct, indirect, IR&D or CRAD) by developing a project plan, managing work of technicians, managing to budgets and schedules, and preparing reports.
In this role, you will support the implementation of new processes and automation projects to the manufacturing floor; install and validate new equipment, tooling and fixtures for existing manufacturing process changes or replication.
The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with manufacturing personnel to solve production issues on highly automated processes using data based problem solving techniques. Learn and understand requirement to determine product impacts and recommend disposition of the parts. Work in a cross functional team to develop and implement process improvements.
In this role, you will be responsible for
dsp operating systems, hardware device drivers, object oriented design, unit and systems test philosophies. Strong verification and debug skills are required to support modem level and system level integration and test.
In this role, you will develop and execute audit plans, audit checklists, and audit reports to address manufacturing engineering per applicable industry standards, and/or New Entrant company standards.
