In this role, you will evaluate, analyze, and perform quality assurance testing on web based software programs to verify functionality and usability according to specifications and standards. Communicate with clients during implementation and for high level support inquiries.
Collaborates with the vulnerability management team to coordinate identification of vulnerability owners and remediation of those vulnerabilities. Provides actionable metrics regarding status of vulnerability remediation to the appropriate owners.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in business analysis, operations support, software development, project management, or other directly related experience; a combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
The IT Support Analyst ensures the stable operation of information systems infrastructure. Responsibilities will also include analysis and resolution of end user hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training when required.
