The Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with site leadership of the Salt Lake distribution operation (150 employees, HR staff of 2) to drive cultural change and people strategies that support the key business initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist HR and business project Teams in the development, documentation and recommendation of continuous improvement of people processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet client group needs (ie: Re-Imagine Onboarding, etc.).
The inContact Sr. Manager HR Business Partner is a strategic leader supporting internal clients in the areas of strategic business planning, organization design and change management, workforce planning, talent development/executive coaching, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
Help create and provide appropriate support for HR programs, strategies, and processes pertinent to reward & compensation, recruiting, talent management, L&D and employee relations to achieve business results Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and plans, understanding how to implement HR strategies to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture align, in order to drive business results.
