In this role, you will record, Notify, Investigate and Resolve Production issues for our cloud based e - commerce platform. The selected candidate will work with Customer Support on documenting and reproducing incoming reports.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide constant and ongoing communication with customers regarding support case progress; create accurate, reliable, and complete case activity updates suitable for maintaining an accurate knowledgebase.
