The User Experience Designer (UXD) will be a team member in designing web, mobile, and other digital interfaces. The job is part aesthetics and part-puzzle solving, with the aim of creating industry leading client experiences that are integrated across all touch points. The primary responsibility of the role is to perform user-centered design activities that actively involve users throughout all phases of a project to ensure product usability, and who is equally comfortable in a leadership role, developing strategies and guiding others in the execution of these activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for establishing the structure of a website or application by designing content layouts and navigation; developing and iterating through low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes.
The User Experience (UX) Researcher SHALL function as part of a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on improving usability and user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement.
Ideally, candidates will possess experience working on a wide variety of interactive projects including mobile applications, web sites, interactive presentations, social media solutions and graphic design tools.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as go to with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards, use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations.

In this role, you will work in partnership UX designers and Product, IT, and project management teams and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
