This position is responsible for managing substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for pre-identified change projects. This will include change documentation, detail analysis of the changes, gathering of any necessary information, drafting, editing, coordinating with production area leads and managers, and implementing very complex technical production, testing, process, and change documentations.
In this role, you will coordinate with external stakeholders in Business Development, Professional Services, Product Management, and Corporate Administration to ensure PD alignment with business goals.
In this role, you will provide oversight and leadership in all aspects of program management and execution to include adherence to contractual requirements and deliverables; act as the primary point of contact for all contract matters, and performance of personnel assigned as well as subcontractors.
