This role will be critical in helping set the strategy and execution for how Microsoft engages with technical audiences in this critical region, as well as driving thought leadership for our platforms and technologies within these communities.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of DevOps technologies that support software being built to support technology automation for Storage, Backups and Operating system in the public cloud as well as on-premises.
The selected candidate will have the ability to direct senior staff and to manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include frequent contact with clients and customers, including federal, state, and local education officials, to provide support to their efforts to implement and improve the quality of data used for federal reporting requirements and for program improvement.
In this role, the selected candidate will be driving new processes through service management tools to replace legacy processes for software delivery and technology operations towards a model of continuous delivery.
In this role, the selected candidate provides leadership, vision and direction to the various operational and administrative departments within the defined customer care back-office and technical solutions functions.
The selected candidate will define and own operationalizing (configurations/scripts, deployment guidance, simplifying/automating things for deployment, workarounds, best practices) and the deployment support for the routing product portfolio.
