Assist in the Company's compliance with all federal, state and local corporate, payroll and other applicable taxes. This includes preparing appropriate tax information, submitting appropriate tax forms and records, remitting appropriate tax payments, maintaining clear record of payments, and reconciling payments to internal and external records.
This position will also provide tax analytical support to the TRWS production team assisting and/or leading complex regulatory compliance event involving several hundred businesses across the firm and around the globe.
Use specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to service ADP's largest clients Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and to clients
Conduct multiple engagements for multi-family projects in the Affordable Housing Industry, financed by USDA RD loans, HUD-insured mortgages, State Housing Development Agency program loans and equity funding utilizing federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Attends, writes, and reports on scheduled tax-related events with government speakers, Congressional hearings, court decisions, industry press conferences, and other events as assigned with ability to tailor writing style as appropriate.
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical tax advice to the various internal business partners as it pertains to specific inquiries in addition to oversight of tax-related project deliverables. Finally, the candidate will support the BAU functions aligned with the Tax Compliance team.
This position is responsible for preparation of Petroleum taxes to Multi-States and Multi-Counties. Preparation of sales tax returns, personal property tax returns, and real estate payments is a major portion of this position. In addition, this position also coordinates all external tax audits and renews all licensing and bond requirements. The Tax Staff Accountant will assist with operating statement review, related entries, supporting schedules and reconciliations.
