This position supports the Operations and Management Center (OMC) which is a 24/7/365 operation. It is the mission of the OMC to monitor and maintain servers, applications, and their associated services for all systems of the enterprise.
Assist in the development and execution of enterprise-wide operational improvement programs at the department and agency business level, identifying their core competencies, defining measures, and identifying capabilities.
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management.
As a Business Analyst, responsibilities include requirements analysis, systems configuration, systems testing, and end-user support. Develop and maintain working knowledge of Momentum systems functionality and clients business process in order to address business user inquiries and assist in development, design, and analysis activities.
The primary focus will be to maintain system Operational Availability and ensure that information can be collected in the field utilizing the appropriate sensors in a secure manner and can pass Security Audits and Information System Security Assessments relative to Information system security policies and procedures.
Develop the CRM environment including workflows, dashboards, application architecture, customizations, plug-ins, and integrations. Provide regular reporting and analysis from the CRM system and make recommendations and improvements.
The incumbent of this position is responsible for managing and coordinating the planning, implementation, assessment and any related improvements of organizational change management and training activities.
