In this role, you will plan, manage, and execute software projects from beginning to end, within budget and time constraints. Manage processes for budgets, timelines, technical documentation, project briefings and reviews, and take ownership of all contract deliverable.
In this role, you will manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Operations Team and HelpDesk support, through proper troubleshooting and prioritization methods as well as coordination and communication between the clients and the internal team.
In this role you will builds and maintains working relationships with team members, other teams and organizations, contractors, vendors, and others. Implements and maintains quality improvement processes.
