The HR Project Manager- Global Payroll Tax will report to Executive Director, Business Travel Operations and act as both the Project Leader for US Domestic lane of work as well as the Project Manager (PM) for US Domestic lane of work within the Global Business Travel Tax Program.
As a member of the Transfer Pricing Team, you will work on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions.
Provide timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns, thereby enhancing long-term working relationships with clients. Develop and deliver timely and high-quality services and work products.
Document support for the utilization of global tax attributes, including tax planning strategies; partner with the Senior Manager, Global Tax to ensure proper effective tax rate forecasting and income tax accounting (ASC 740) of all tax planning projects.
The Tax Manager is responsible for providing manager level support to the Internal Stakeholder department tax function including carried interest structuring, documentation, income allocations, program administration and tax planning.
In this role,you will be responsible for supporting the Global Tax & Legal Leaders with the strategic direction of the global curriculum for the relevant Tax & Legal service line, working with the Global & Regional Service Line Leaders and the Regional Tax & Legal Learning Leads to ensure that it is aligned to the business strategy of the Tax & Legal practice, and Global Tax & Legal Learning strategic priorities.
